Ordered to go. They told me 5 to 10 minutes. 30 minutes passed by and they told me another 5-10 minutes while everyone else... that is not a to go order is getting thier food. Even sit in customers that came 15 minutes after me were already getting thierfood. I had to spend my lunch time waiting and not enough time to eat since i had to go back to work. There was a couple ofother people waiting for to go as well and didn't look nor sound happy with the service. One a food delivery driver said he hadbeen already waiting over 30 minutes when i got there. Which he left without the order because they kept telling him the samething they were telling me. From my oberservations (and this is not the first time) they push to go orders to the side andprioritize sit in customers first. I dont see that as fair as we are also thier customers . They dont have an equal flow of aserving system. A bit further from my job but I'll stick to pho grand on grand ave and won't be coming here any longer. Theseguys can't set the right expectations to their to go customers and favor sit in customers over to go customers. So beware yourorder will be pushed to the side (who knows how long because they dont) if you order to go or delivery. Read more
Been going here since high-school always love coming here to enjoy some great Pho! Tried so many places and keep coming back... love the food and the French coffee is amazing too! Read more
First time trying this place and the service was excellent. I was in the mood for Phó, but server suggested Fried Chow Mein... condition plate. Careful now because it was served steaming hot. It came shrimp and beef in vegetables on noodles with friednoodles all around it. It was mild in flavor, but it was what needed because it had broth at the bottom. Read more
Tried this place twice and everytime the portions are really bad. This 16oz cup of Vietnamese iced coffee worth almost $6 after... tax? Way more expensive than a Starbucks. So ridiculous! Last time I ordered the food was okay but portions were small too. Iknow after pandemic everything went up but this is just ridiculously expensive. Read more
It says under New Management.. they've revamped the place! Updated their interiors and much cleaner. Helpful & friendly staff.... Ordered #109 requested crispy noodle instead!! It was delicious and served with a free drink! But since I checked into Yelp, Iwas upgraded to a free thai tea!! I've been coming here for over 10 years. I'll agree it's definitely much better now.
