This afternoon I’ve placed an online order, when it was expected to be ready. A family member went to pickup the order;... they’ve stated there was no online order, I’ve sent a copy of the email receipt. I also called and they stated there was noonline order; I’ve disclosed the amount and time the order was taken. It took nearly 45 mins to place the order, in themeantime other customers were getting their online orders. I hope I will get a better experience next time using an onlineorder. Read more
No cheese, no lemonade, no tea or unsweetened tea, soda only. Server should probably wash their hands if it’s obviously dirty
One of the few restaurants open on Sunday afternoon in Chinle. It was good find it open but then the door posted that several... ingredients were shorted including cheese, sweet tea, salad dressings, etc. Honestly it was hard to understand why a restaurantwould be out of so many ingredients which obviously reduced our food choices dramatically. Hopefully management takes urgentcorrection as guests expect a better service. On top of that there was only one waitress which made service slower. When in Chinle, I used to eat at Junctions or the Navajo Cafeteria. Both have gone downhill considerably. Ate here at Denny's... and was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the meal and still the best value. Ate here again the next day for breakfast andhad the same great experience. There was one other table and we didn't get served until we were leaving, but we were hungry and stayed. Food was adequate,... service sucked. They said they were really "busy" with the 2 tables that were full in the restaurant! Then they made sure wewore masks but then the Caucasian customers that came in walked around and came in without masks. They separated the coloredpeople.... we assumed because of masks, but who knows ???????????? not impressed. Read more
The only open restaurant in Chinle..service is positive, tables are clean, the music is 50's music, not offensive..due to... Covid19, transportation and delivery issues, some food is NOT available. The banana split is delicious! The 55+ menu is tastyand large portions. I wish they were open until midnight but overall, a good place to eeat. Read more
Great food and service can be found at this Denny's! Shout out to our waitress Abigail for dealing with an irritable customer... with ease! She did a great job! The food was great and the restaurant is very clean. I really liked that this Denny's wasspacious and had a fun vibe to it. Me and my group from California enjoyed it so much we came back the next day for dinner! Read more
They used to have an excellent veggie burger, but they switched to a beyond meat burger. I wouldn't feed it to a dog. Also they... quit making waffles. Denny's your slacking. Read more
