This was by far the worst experience I've ever had at any fast food restaurant in town. They waited til after I paid to have... someone come back to the window slam her arms down on the counter and tell me all they had was breast and thighs. I had justordered a 12 piece family meal. I get home and my sides are less than half full and the Mac and cheese seemed to have been mixedwith beans...which I didn't order. We will not eat there again. Read more
Absolutely tired of being denied sauce after buying my food if I don?t have 25cents! Every other place I?ve ever been to will... give me all the sauce I need. Very upsetting to eat this food without any sauce every time... Was one of my favorite places toeat and I will no longer be going here anymore. Read more

The restaurant was extremely busy this morning but the team was working hard to get the orders out. There was an issue with my... drive-thru order so I parked and went inside. I don't recall their names but the girl running the register was very quick tohandle the matter and make it right. And then the young lady that was taking care of the dining room was extremely helpful andkind. Read more
I tried the new Classic Chicken Sandwich and it was good. I asked for extra pickles on the side and they only gave me 2 pickle... slices. We also got chicken strips and fries, delicious. My husband ordered the Grilled Chicken sandwich and they were out oflettuce so they added a slice of cheese and bacon. All of the employees and the manager at the window were really nice. Read more
Went again today. Thought give them another try. Mistake again! Got Cajun filet combo in drive thru. They parked me and I... waited. The chicken was burned and food was cold. Went into Bojangles 11/3/22 T 6:27am, I asked the cashier if I could get 2 for $4.00 steak biscuits freshly cook and a little... crispy and an order of season fries crispy as well. The cashier was very nice, and asid let me find out for you. The manager wasok with fixing it for me. . Not sure if the manager or the cashier's name was MichelleI heard the employee name "Niki" make astatement sarcasticly " everything is fresh". I never said it wasn't fresh. I know how I want my food and on top of that, I amthe one paying for it. Give me my food the way I want it.. I got loud on her letting her know , I pay for my food. She needs tokeep her negative comments to herself, because that calls for bad business for that restaurant. The manager apologized to me for"Niki" bad behavior. But I told her " Niki" needed to apologize, but she did not. Cool. If she had apologized, I would not bewriting this review. I personally do not advise that store if you like your food a certain way.
