The lobster rolls was heavenly. We had the Mayo based one as well as butter based one. The fried scallops were juicy inside and... crunchy outside. The scallops were larger than what other restaurants in the area offered. Read more
Great little side of the road stand. The ordering was painless and prepared quickly. We ate outside but there were tables... available inside too. The lobster was very good. We had twin boiled lobsters and the lobster roll basket. Everything was verygood. When we come back up to the lake we will be back. Read more
Maybe rudest service in a VERY long time at any restaurant. After waiting in line 10 min they wouldn?t serve lobster @6:31 (it... is after 6:30 she said.) Owner?s girlfriend said she didn?t care. Been coming to Maine for decades and people are incrediblynice here, but a new low for how not to treat a customer. Will go back to Red Barn in Augusta, which is a bit farther but wherethey are incredibly nice. Very sad. Photo below of the table with no food. Read more
