Given this wendys plenty of chances. Everytime it's something. Rude staff, they stop cooking food if they dont want to make it... at night. But bro. This massive hair in my burger? Seriously? Absolutely rude employees. Will never return here even if I had free food for life. I hate to use the racism card but that's... exactly how I was treated and it was obvious. How can a restaurant also not have cup holders for 6 drinks??? Y'all need to dosomething about your employees as I recorded whole ordeal and really don't believe you'd want it posted on social media. Waslate and y'all can look at cameras as well and see I'm not lying. I don't have a racist bone in my body but really wasdisrespected here.....Sad how everyone feels entitled nowadays. Read more
I am glad that this place is here and it's the closest fast food place to where I live. Do I make it a regular place to go to... eat? Not so much honestly. Out of the dozen or more times that I have come here, it is a rare event to expect any type of fastor efficient service. It's unfortunate to report that this restaurant location has never changed. It is in fact in the hoodpart of the city, so the quality of service is simply par for the course. I came here tonight and ordered the biggie bagpromotional combo meal. It took about ten minutes. If I could give this Wendy's zero stars, I would! There was a rowdy, large group of teenagers that continued cutting in front of... other customers, using vulgar, explicit language, and making other customers feel extremely uncomfortable. Most didnt even orderfood and were just loitering in the lobby, taking up tables. It took over 30 minutes to receive our food (mobile dine in order)and the staff would not acknowledge multiple customers, even the Doordash drivers were being completely ignored. Food was nothot when received, fries were stale, the Dr Pepper had no ice, we had to ask for 2 of our 3 4-piece nuggets because they failedto include them. We also had to ask for straws, sauces (that were listed on the order and receipt) and the smoked honey mustardwas not included on the Dave's double. The food was fresh and hot. The fries were super on point. My only two concerns were that the hot honey sauce is not... individually packaged, like they are in GA and the sauce I asked for spilled all over the bag. What little I did have left wasthe perfect addition to the hot fries though. Also I had asked for no cheese and there was cheese on the sandwich when I openedit. I was not able to open it to check before leaving the drive thru, so making sure the order is correct is crucial (on bothends), especially for orders where people can't open up the sandwich to make sure it's correct Read more
Food is always hot and good but they've been w/out straws 4 a month! How do you justify selling drinks w/out straws? Management... issue ;( Read more

I went to Wendy's at 9:30pm because I wanted to enjoy a burger and use the bathroom and they were supposed to close at 10pm,... well when I arrived they were doing drive thru only, it was such a cold night, the waiting in the drive through took about 30 -40 min, when I asked for a bathroom cause I really needed to use it the guy not politely said no, you can't I'm sorry and closedthe window. I think this was the worst experience in a fast food restaurant. The burger was ok, but I was really mad at thispeople, such a bad customer services. Read more
