Ordered a burger without toms or ketchup due to allergy. Get home open the order tickets correct but.... my burgers wrong has... tomatoes and ketchup and when I call in the manager goes I don't know and tells me to drive back across town! When I tell her Iam unable she offers a refund however will not provide her name as a reference to who I spoke to so I could confirm if I ever dogo back in. Not even an apology for the mistake. Very unprofessional and disappointed. Since the new management over the yearsit's gone down hill. And each time my husband convinces me to go there my meal is messed up. This time I am complaining andleaving a review. An ALLERGY should be important! You CAN kill someone. Smh the undue care of how food is handled here. I love Wendy?s more now that they have sent out coupons, making their great food even more affordable in this day and age of... $40-$60 family fast-food meals. Deliciously fresh food and way cheaper than A&W. The service has always been great at the 5rdLocation in Richmond and it is mostly, pretty clean. Read more
Good food but never as fresh as I prefer it. Lots of food sits in the warmers but thats to keep their service times super fast.... Drive through is always busy but they get through the line super fast. Read more

It?s Wendy?s just like all the others? fast food and as expected. My only complaint is the ?fast? part?.or rather slow part of... this establishment. There is always a far reaching line up stretching across the mall parking lot that doesn?t move particularlyquickly. Busy location? Sure. Brand new renovation that completely lacked any efficiency upgrades to accompany the known demand,yea. If you have the time to sit in this line up, park across the street and hit Earls for happy hour. I don?t attend thislocation specifically due to the wait times. Excellent location, it's kept very clean, service is always solid and even though it's a very busy location (best hours aside... from mcdonalds) they are head and shoulders above competition. You can't really beat wendys for quality and service, but it doescome at a cost. I'd say you pay 2$ more for equivalent meal here than competitors but it's worth the price imo. I use the app soI generally get a deal. Today I used coupon for 2 dollars off. I got a frostchino on side and my total came to 9$ with the baconegg biscuit meal /w small coffee. I decided to eat in dining room and really enjoyed it. Very clean, lots of windows as well asa very clean bathroom facilities. Quick service although they weren't very busy. I have been to this Wendy?s location multiple times since I have moved there recently, and every staff memebers are such humble... and nice people , in addition to that the food is amazing and clean but there is one worker who works here is such a nice andfriendly person. Her name was Gabi she is such a nice person and to be honest she deserves to be the manager of this location .She is the sweetest person at this location . Read more
