Drinks are good. However it is obvious there is no screening for maturity level or training in customer service. One girl was... taking my order, chewing gum on shift which I find very unprofessional. They are not very personable and impatient to someonewho has never been there before. I am sorry but Starbucks is my standard for customer service. They need some better coaching. Read more

I ordered the Chocolate Frappe-Eh and I didn't like it that much and their Uber eats menu had things they didn't have anymore. I... was hoping to get the veggie wrap, but they didn't have it anymore. I went there one evening they close at 7 I believe I went in at 630 they said they were closed and they have cleaned up already.... Went in today very rude associates this the second time I was spoke to rudely by the young associates Maybe you should teachyou employees manners and respect. I have worked in the industry and I know customers are not always right but when a personasks a question answer nicely and not rudely (like yes this it yours it?s sitting right there chuckling and mumbling) I said hesaid it was something and the girl said I said it?s urs. An Americano Misto (hate the Canadiana name btw) should not be 1/4 empty it's not a cappuccino! I feel ripped off. Staff never... responds when you thank them either, only had 1 of them ever respond back in a nice way. I wanted to like this place so badlybut this was the final straw. I?m not one to leave reviews but I come in on fridays and saturdays, and the girls aren?t very welcoming. One of the girls just... stood at the till and didn?t say anything : No welcome, good afternoon, or ?how can I help you? and I asked politely for an icedmatcha latte. She didn?t ask if it was on debit or with cash and just put the machine out and walked away. I had also asked forthe taller option as I?m still new and don?t know the sizes and after realized I was given the standard size. Which was okay, Itook it anyways. She didn?t ask about sweetener either. Just really cold and didn?t say a word. Which kinda sucks because Ireally want to like Waves. Good drinks though :\ Read more
