Good food, however it?s always an extremely long wait. I would suggest working on efficiency and/or hiring more staff.
I cannot believe how bad the service is. For the 2nd time, I have been in the lineup waiting to order and no one was taking... orders from my lineup. Orders were only being taken from the other lineup. When I questioned it no one cared a bit...noexplanation, no apologies. Sadly I will drive a bit further and go to a different Tims from now on. Quite possibly the worst Tim Hortons in existence. I stopped going here for my morning coffee because the staff was so... unfriendly. Thought I'd go, out of convenience, for an iced cap. Waited in line for almost 20 minutes only to be told theycouldn't make me one because they'd had too many orders and it would be runny. Never going back! Read more

Honestly, Im not one to complain, but LITERALLY this kid walking around with his mask as a chin guard watched him three times... stick his finger in his mouth then make coffees. Then was weirded out when I asked him for new lids. It?s ALWAYS a hot mess inhere. Avoid it at all costs Read more
Paid for sausage and bacon and I get no egg and a half slice of bacon this thing is mangled, waited over 30 minutes total. The... lady taking my order was pushy and abrasive, no hope for good service in the sardis area locations. Read more
