Literally THE worst Timmies I?ve ever had the misfortune of going to. And what?s probably even worse, is that the 4 times I... went, it was even worse than the last time!! I thought, surely it was a one-off. But, nope. One person at the front, 6 people ondrive thru. I waited almost 10 minutes for a single coffee. The next time I went, I waited almost 15 minutes, and they didn?tgive me my breakfast sandwich. The manager lady got mad at me when I asked where my sandwich was, and blamed her screen: ?Itsometimes doesn?t show me the orders??. Either fix it, get a new one, or get a new job? There was a huge rush of people going through the drive through, so dining in took forever. A woman also needed the washroom... but the woman's bathroom was being used. So she went into the men's bathroom. When she came out she said that the men's bathroomwasn't a terrible experience. I went in there myself, and it was pretty damn clean. Walked in to order at 9:45 am. One person in front of me... Placed my order for 1 Belt on 4 cheese with a black medium coffee at... 9:55am. Watched two people come up to complain their order was wrong and proceeded to ask if mine was being prepared as it wasnow 10:15... A full 20 minutes since I placed the order. Order arrives shortly after, MISSING THE LETTUCE AND TOMATO! I get it,it was a bit busy. But you can not just ignore the people who come in on foot! And if your sandwich person is new then someoneshould absolutely be supervising them through a rush. Honestly, I find this absolutely unacceptable for an establishment such asthis. McDonald's will have my coffee money/ business for now on. Twice today, on my 2, 15 minute breaks, absolutely wasted my time in... the drive though line. The owners don't care if the store is under staffed, and if you paid them well! what they are worth yourstaff, minimum ,? And expect exllent service?, keep staff, pay fair! I bought a tea from a different Tim Hortons in Abbotsford. It was made wrong with way too much sugar. When I arrived in... Chilliwack, I drove to this one and they refused to remake the tea. I tried to ask nicely, and they refused. This is terrible:why have a franchise? It will be the last time I ever go to this store again. Terrible service and rude staff! Read more
