Rude and untrained staff. Often items are wrong or you don't get them. Unfortunately, it's the only one on my drive to work.... When I ask for confirmation of what I order I get attitude from staff. It would be nice to be told when ordering that your debit machine is down... Spent 15 mins of my 30 minute lunch in the drive... thru lineup. Just to be told it's cash only or to go inside. Very upset about my experience today, went to Tim?s on my lunch break at work and got 3 coffees, 2 bagels and 2 potato wedges to... share with my coworkers, they gave me the coffees and the one bag of food and said have a nice day, assuming that, I leftthinking I had everything. Get back to work and there are no bagels in the bag, upset enough that I have to drive all the wayback there but now missing the rest of my lunch break because of it. I called to let them know I was coming back and asked if Icould get a refund for the bagels because I wasted gas going back to get them, they said ok over the phone. When I got therethey refused to give me a refund and the lady that served me said it was my fault for driving off?. She could have told me thebagels would be a minute instead of telling me to have a nice day and I would have waited for them obviously. They gave meattitude and argued with me. What happened to customer service in this town. I was so mad I just left with the bagels. Whichwere ice cold btw. Never going back to this place. How hard is it to work at Tim Hortons ???????? Placed a mobile order the other day there, and when we arrived my wife was yelled at by the lady behind the counter. She pointed... rudely to the screen and told her that if the order doesn't show up on there then they don't have it. My wife told me so i wentin. The same girl yelled at me and told me that she told my wife there was no order. I showed the order on my phone and pointedout it was their address. Then a guy stepped in, and he was the saving grace to the whole thing. He corrected the issue rightaway and had our order in a few minutes. I won't be back to this location again. Read more
Can?t even make a simple drink properly. Ordered a roasted hazelnuts cold brew and that wasn?t what I got, tasted like a watered... down ice coffee with too much cream. Definitely won?t be ordering it from this place again. Read more
Place should get better employees. Ordered the candy cane hot chocolate since it was advertised on the menu and got regular... instead and it just tasted milky. Asked for the chicken noodle soup which comes with an artisan bun- they didn?t even give me aspoon with my order. I asked for one and they gave me two spoons as if it was going to make up for it. I asked where my bun wasand they said they were still making it. I ate my whole soup waiting for the bun and it never came- I ended up leaving andthrowing out my full hot chocolate.
