I loved chopped leaf but somehow these guys usually get my order wrong. If I take the food to go, I always check it now before I... walk out of the restaurant. Either the protein is missing, the sauce is missing or the wrong sauce is picked, or mysubstitutions are ignored. Their attention to detail is horrible: no dips tonight with quesadilla; no cheese in a burnt cheese melt last time, no salad... dressing on the side as I requested another time (in fact no salad dressing at all). I definitely suggest confirming fooddetails when picking order at the counter, what is requested at the till does not necessarily get to the person preparing. Read more
These lovely humans put up with my extremely annoying and specific sandwich order with a smile!! Also the salad was fantastic... and their customer service over the phone is 11/10. They deserve a raise. That is all Read more
Super disappointed in this location! We ordered two bowls (to go) at around 1 pm, and ordered mine without pita chips due to an... allergy. We arrived at our destination 15 minutes later to find that not only were there pita chips on mine, but they alsodidn?t add the chickpeas and dressing that we ordered. We drove the 15 minutes back, and the staff members did not evenapologize. It was a huge inconvenience. I had my baby with me, and it?s not easy to get into and out of places with a child. Anacknowledgement of their error and an apology at least would have been nice. Won?t be back. Read more
I picked this place thinking it was a healthy option for eating out. I was wrong. It offers wraps quesadillas sandwiches, etc. ... Not hand tossed salads and fresh sandwiches. Don?t get me wrong, it?s no McD!(k?s. I left feeling full but not ? I?m about tohave a jammer full.? The staff are friendly and the place is clean. It just didn?t stand out as a ?I?ve gotta come backagain.? Kind of place. If your in the area. Giver... just don?t go out of your way like I did thinking the drive was worth thehealthy options.
