Extremely poor service. Ordered 2 drinks. Got one in a normal amount of time. Several people behind us got Thiers, and we still... didn't. We asked, and we were told it was coming. Several more people got Thiers. Had to get back in line again and ask for arefund, then was told that they would put the order in again. Had to wait again. Over a half hour to get a normal menu drink. Noapologies, no remorse, nothing but sullen glances. Read more

Have never had luck with our coffees at this location. Tried again after not coming here for a number of months. Ordered a... triple Carmel Macchiato with extra drizzle. The first was very bitter with not even a hint of Carmel. They remade it and thesecond was better, but did not taste at all like what I get at other stores. I was waiting in an extremely long so when the person in front of me pulled up I got everything ready to redeem my points not... knowing that we would be sitting there for 10 minutes due to some thing happening with their order and my phone died! Always a great and friendly service, and staff on side. Sadly sometimes the website ,when ordering ahead, is not In synch with... the in store product availability. I understand it's not stores fault. But the staff makes it up and makes things happen to thebest of their availability, when asked. Read more
