Tried placing an order online, when it came time to pay, it kept giving me an error message with a phone number if the problem... continues, to call the store directly. So I did. I told the woman who answered the phone what was going on and she asked me myphone number and address and proceeded to take a telephone order. So I started reading off my exact order from the webpage. Thenat one point she told me that one of the deal items did not apply because I was getting the buy one get one free deal already.Okay, so on the spot, I had to come up with four separate large pan pizzas, to feed five people, and I am the only vegetarian,which I told her that I have been for 30 years. I told her that the main reason I prefer to order online, is to not to botheranyone. I admit, aloud, I shuffled my thoughts around not knowing what everybody would like and unfamiliar with the menu, butall while thinking that she would help me through it. So, as quickly as I can, I figure it all out, the four pizzas, a wings andthings box, I add 2L bottles of drinks and dessert. Then I give her the promo code for the BOGO and suddenly she interrupts meand says ?you?ve changed the order around too many times, it is just too complicated, go back online to place your order?. Isaid ?no no, that is it. I?m sorry, but that?s it. That is exactly my order?. She hung up on me. So, as everybody wanted PizzaHut, reluctantly I went back online and tried to order everything again. It worked ! Yay ! Payment went through, order was onits way. Food gets here, missing one pizza. Oh no, I messed up ! When going back online to order, I somehow missed my ?cheeselovers? pizza, the one I eat !! So, I call the store, told the guy what happened and asked if he could possibly resend thedriver with the pizza, as I have five people eating, including one pregnant woman with twins. great staff each time i've been in, order correct, fresh made, etc. however, the main 310-1010 # always misdirects me to the... wrong one. usually get routed to the one closer to Hwy 1, i'm the other end, closer to thomas and vedder. Read more
Good pizza for affordable price. Staff was polite. Quick service.
Pizza was extremely undercooked. I finally got to talk to the manager and was told the pizza couldn't be undercooked because the... oven temperatures were correct; however he agreed to have new pizzas delivered. These pizzas also had slices that wereundercooked. They clearly don't know how to cook a pizza crust. The crust was so unevenly cooked and was gooey to the point ofsome pieces being raw. Read more
Really bad service the person took a phone call as I was asking to pay for a drink. I asked for a drink again then he told me... the price. The pizza was like shoe leather very little toppings and it was razor thin I will never get food from this pizza hutagain and I recommend you do the same. Read more
