The language barrier here is unbelievable! Don?t bother calling the adjust your order because they will never answer the phone.... When you order a 2L expect it to show up warm and be the wrong pop all together. Also, when you receive a call from the deliverydriver saying he is there, expect to stand outside in the cold for 15 minutes waiting for him to show up. Lol, Thursday night. 75-90 minutes for them to make pizza, only to find out they don't have any drivers. 10 minutes later they... call back, after I've ordered from somewhere else, they magically found a driver. Screw this place. Rude staff. Read more
Vansh has zero empathy and lacks kindness towards customers . If you have an incorrect order, she will yell at you and hang up.... Don?t go there. Go to a better pizza place with better prices and better food. Read more
Ok I have always loved pizza hut and It has been my favorite pizza forever in A-day But this last year I have had nothing but... problems, either my pizza is raw and the cheese is raw or like tonight I ordered my pizza a ham and pineapple and the only thingthat was on it was pineapple I called and I spoke to 5 different people and still got nowhere. This will be the last time I go to pizza hut. The pizza was kinda gross. I'm 100% sure they under topped my pizzas. For so much... money we should be getting a much better product. Go to best bite or dancing pizza if your going to spend this much. Read more
We ordered delivery tonight and received our pizzas under cooked, raw dough . So I went back to the store to show them. I showed... the manager that was working by lifting the toppings up . She told me it was cheese, slimy un cooked dough! I was willing justto get two new pizzas until she insulted me by saying that. So I asked for a refund while still maintaining my cool still. Shetold me she couldn't but her manager could and was at the bank and I would have to wait 10 minutes so I said sure. After waitingabout ten minutes she came to my truck asking for my debt card number and it would take 5 to 7 days for the money to return. NowI am furious!! I am out $50 bucks and have no dinner! this Manager should not be in customer service. But I must say my driverwas awesome , when I went back to the store she tried to make things right! Got a large bbq chicken pizza, the whole pizza is pure sauce the toppings just completely fall off. Some of the slices didn't... even have cheese so they threw shredded cheese on it and didn't heat it up so it wasn't melted... really?? Read more
What a joke. Few weeks back ordered a meat lover got home to find a Hawaiian. Figured we would try once more today on our way... home. App wouldn?t work so I went in to place a order. Someone from the back looked around the corner at me and went to theback. Waited a few minutes and no one came to take my order so we left. Went to Panago super friendly there.
