Pretty disturbing when you go here and the restaurant isn?t open because they?re too short staff. We sat at the drive thru for... quite awhile before realizing no one was there. I am OUTRAGED. I was at this kfc/taco bell drive through with my pet chicken to get some taco bell. we were getting some treats... and he was in there front seat with me. when i pull up to the window, the staff starts yelling saying that i took one of theirchickens so they were short on the meat that day. one staff member in particular GOT IN MY CAR and took him. At this point I amyelling because i thought they were joking at first. I can?t believe they would even do that. I returned later that day, andthey showed me a picture of him. Don't bother. Just don't. I have lived near this store for 16 years. It used to be excellent. Now not even close. When they used... to be open for dine in, once I was told to use the bathroom at the gas station across the street. The tables were always filthyand the floors greasy. The last time I tried to eat there I had to use the drive through so I went around back. I saw a chairacross the drive through saying they were closing in 1/2 hour. I thought ok I'll take my chances, only 5 cars in front ofme. So I moved the chair, got in line, and put it right back in place behind me. A young man came out and told me I had to getout of line. They were closing soon and didn't have food. I said how do you know what I want? I wanted a big crunch, surely in1/2 hour they could have put one in the fryer. I lodged an online complaint and someone called and apologized but their poorservice hasn't changed. Just go to the other side of town. It will be faster, trust me. And you will get better food andservice. These people giving 5 stars are fakes to prop up the abysmal numbers, no reasonable person comes away from theregiving 5 stars. Read more

I spent 45 minutes in the drive through I had ordered a 4 piece dinner with coleslaw and a gravy on the side with a pepsi to... drink. When I got home I only had 3 pieces of chicken and no fries. I decided to phone the store. After my third or fourth trythey answered and I told her the problem. She said she would check the order and promptly disconnected me. I have now beenphoning on redial for 45 minutes and they won?t answer the phone. The website says they are not busy right now. They close infive minutes. Still wont answer the phone. I hope they are happy ripping off a senior citizen on a fixed income. Trust me I willphone again tomorrow when they open. They don?t even deserve one star Read more

I'm so unimpressed with the food from here,we ordered from here last night. The chicken was just so,so. The fries weren't even... cooked,as I had to put them in the oven to get somewhat browned. And the gravy was a big lump of the concentrate they use and sosalty. I told my husband to never get again. We live in Abbotsford and buy from there because all of the KFC'S out here are sobad. And now seems like the Chilliwack location is the same. I don't know what's going on at all of these locations,if the staffjust doesn't know what they are doing or they are trying to cut back on making it properly to save money somehow, but it'sterrible food now. I never write bad reviews but this is by far The worst kfc in town if I could give 0 stars I would . Food is always cold the... two times I?ve gone ! 45 min to hour wait for fast food is pathetic .you might as well go dine in somewhere. The worst Horribleservice ever!! the incompetent, slow & pathetic people working here should all be fired on the spot . I watched a employee takea fries container and dip into the gravy that was also sitting in a chicken bucket in the warmer to pour into a container forsome customer absolutely disgusting (like really dipping out gravy in a chicken bucket do better people . Rats all over thearea ,Where the garbage area is over flowed . The wait time my god is at least a hour not kidding for two tacos is beyond mejust mind blowing . I?ve gone 2 times and won?t be back !!! The doors are locked you can?t go in constantly saying oh we areunderstaffed!! They aren?t open when they say they are . You call they don?t answer . Kinda dirty on the inside, food has obviously sat in the warmer a long time. Service was a little sluggish. Nothing out of the... norm for KFC in the past ten years but still a little sad to see how far the Colonels beloved franchise has decayed since it'sglory days. Read more
