This was the first experience with this restaurant that I have had. I never ate here before or gone in. I was looking to try... something new so I ordered a burger and fries from them and I ordered through the skip the dishes app. When it was delivered itwas in a loose bag, cold, and my fries were missing. I tried to contact the skip the dishes customer service and they were nohelp at all. I don't know if the driver took my food or if the staff was negligent and didn?t include my fries and didn?t put itin a protected sealed bag. I am sincerely disappointed with the service on both ends. It was expensive and a bigdisappointment. I also had opened the burger to check it and it was completely different from what I had ordered. My husband and I usually enjoy going here And I?ve never had any complaints but tonight was a different story we were greeted... very unpleasantly actually we weren?t greates at all but rather the young women working back turned towards us and walked awayto grab another employee(who was delightful) We had a few questions regarding a purchase we had wanted to make and if it waspossible the young man didn?t know how to answer the question so he directed us towards his coworker who had just bluntly said?No way? in a very unpleasant manner. She had made it seem like it was a bother for us to be in there. Mind you at this point wewere the only customers in there. As we were patiently waiting for our food I was watching her make our burgers (it?s an openconcept kitchen so you can see everything) and as I was grabbing condiments this women shouted VERY rudely as she was over bythe grill ?Do you need something?!? Because I was watching them cook. At this point I had my food and was only grabbingcondiments so there was no reason for her to shout this over. She had kept looking over and giving us dirty and even dirtierlooks by the end of it. This review isn?t for me to receive compensation or anything along those lines but to make the managersand hopefully owners aware of this behaviour and the horrible customer service or next to no customer service or sensitivityfrom this employee. Also to top it off the kitchen wasn?t the cleanest and for it not being busy I don?t think the kitchenshould of looked the way it did especially if that?s what customers see. Read more
Boo. Gone down hill. Won't go back anytime soon. Watched them laugh at an employee a few months ago and it was quite demanding.... Store was open tonight until 9 as per website, went in for three burgers at 735 while others were dining and burgers still onthe grill. Was told they couldn't serve us because of short staffing. Weird to me but whatever. The condescending attitude Ikeep witnessing from these guys is too much for me to want to return. Yes good fries, not a business I'm going to supportanymore. Just watching the guy behind the counter laugh at people including his own employees is enough for me. High five guys!Great job! Read more
Seriously one of the best burger joints around. I live on the island. Every time I'm on the mainland I stop here for a burger.... Milkshakes are also killer. And I order a small fries for my whole family. They always throw in extras. Great place. Wish therewas one on the island. Read more
Great Experience! Fries are cooked in peanut oil! Burgers was delicious, toppings (no extra charge) at the customer's request.... Including fried mushrooms and fried onions. Definitely will be going back again! Love it! Read more

Amazing! It was impressive expression!!! You can choice your own topping, yes yiu can make the taste for you. And besides there... are free peanut, not anymore boring to wait your burger. Store is clean, and crew are seems kind. Read more
