Went in for a bite and to celebrate my birthday; however, was very disappointed that the staff didn't acknowledge my birthday... and never even wish me a good one today's staff will benefit from spreading cheers to make patrons feel special that was not myexperience today, the waiter also smelled like BO disgusting ???? Food was good but the service needed improvement. The employees were generally nice, but seemed to hide in the back and were... rarely seen. We hardly saw our waitress during our hour plus stay, and it took her a while to even introduce herself. We hadto flag someone down for a refill on drinks. To get our bill, we had to go up to the front to try find someone, but yet had towait because there was no one there either! Read more
Worst experience we have ever had. We were there for 2 hours. The place was dead. Only 5 tables in total. Food took over an hour... to come out. Was cold as all get out. Took another 25 mins to get new fresh cooked fries. Server was horrible and sat 2 tablesbehind us. Heard us talking but still ignored us. Bill was $99. First time ever I have never left a tip. Looks like it hasn't changed since the '80s and no lounge.The lasagna,although tasted alright,looks like it's from the grocery... store (think frozen Weight Watchers or Hamburger Helper).The $18 wings I ordered for Take Out was very dry and the smallestpieces I've ever had. Read more
We ordered take out and when we got home we realized that part of our order was missing. I called and they apologized... immediately and the manager Will offered to bring us the missing items. We live across town and he came and delivered. Amazingservice! Above and beyond. Oh and the food was awesome too! Read more
This is the worst place in town. 20 minutes for water and over an hour for food. I could understand if it was complicated but a... hamburger should not take this long. I will absolutely never be back. Also your staff should probably shower more frequently notto be rude but when serving food cleanliness is key. We had a wonderful meal. Cactus cuts were the best we've had. We were so full we brought our leftovers home. Staff were run... off they're feet, but still provided excellent service with a smile. Read more
We came in for dinner. Got seated and it took well over 10 minutes for the wait staff to come to check in on us and take our... drink order. By that time we were ready to order our food. Appetizer comes out and it's pretty good. Then my meal comes out,next my daughters. No sign of my wife's meal. 10 minutes go by and still no sign of her meal. We ask about it. They say "it'scoming". another 10 minutes goes by and still no meal for my wife. At this point in time both my daughter and I arefinished. Afte another 5 minutes, and another ask for what's taking so long, her meal comes out . The manager does come to thetable, and they take her meal off the bill (afte we ASK to have it taken off the bill). We shouldn't have had to ask forthat. It wasn't busy, but they did look understaffed. Won't be in a hurry to come back. Your mileage may vary. Read more
