Terrible customer service. I came into the store with a couple ahead of me and waited for them to order before approaching the... register. The I spent a solid 10 minutes staring at them and nobody even glanced up to acknowledge me or let me know it would bea few minutes before they would take my order. There were 3 people behind the counter and everyone avoided eye contact. I got myorder a few minutes later but it tasted off, however the store then got full of people and it would be more a hassle to make acomplaint than to leave and take my future business elsewhere. Maybe it's lack of training or poor management, or a combinationboth? No excuses to let a customer stand there for 10 minutes without any acknowledgment. The location tried to charge me $1.50 for an extra cup to split a drink for my kids. Lol

i went in there at 9:30 , i apologized for coming late but that was my lunch hour lady working there was super rude and told me... the grill is off and can't heat up the wrap for me ? like seriously ? didn't they close at 10pm ? How come the grill is off by9:30? management should see into it. Read more

Was given the wrong smoothie two days in a row only reason I'm giving a 2-star rating is because they gave me the right one when... I came back. Showed up at around 9:48pm on Monday night as we desperately wanted smoothies after the gym and so we rushed to be able to get... there in time, and we show up and the doors are locked and open sign is off. We could even see a girl still sweeping inside. Iget that closing is coming soon and you want to get home but if you have certain hours you are expected to be open those hours.Many jobs like this have your time slot booked for after closing to allow for cleaning time anyways so I was very unhappy bythis.
