Received the wrong burger at the A&W in Abbotsford and found out it was made completely wrong. So stopped at this location and... asked for a new one. Showed the burger and the receipt. They would not give me a new one and I ended up having to buy one. Veryfrustrated by this event. Also had to wait longer than usual just for this additional one. very upsetting. Read more

Worst service I have ever had at an A&W. No consideration for the people waiting in line to order. Serves people that just walk... up to the counter regardless of how long the line is that is waiting. I ordered lunch for my son and my mom and they didn't getthe order right at all. My son tried to come back and ask where the rewt of his food was and the lady at the counter did nothingbut argue with him. Each time he patiently waited in lin. It took an hour for my son to finally get his food. Will never comeback here again and will let others know how the service was. Not friendly at all. Read more
The cottonwood A&W is a nice place to grab a bite, the food came hot, my disappointment lies in the amount of times we had to... return to the counter to get missing items and again to have a burger remade as it came with cheese after saying we did not wantany cheese. Over all if your in the mall and want that classic dub taste, this location will serve you well Read more
Good food, does not have any side effects like some other places do. Tastes best when freshly made. It is a bit more expensive... for meals as I played about 9 dollars for a 5 piece chicken strips, but it's worth the price for good food. Read more
As a vegetarian im so happy to have the beyond meat burger & beyond sausage & egger !!! I love that A& W food is free of... hormones and steroids & if your going to eat meat its a healthier choice . They offer a pop without food color and use naturalflavor and cane sugar Read more
Enjoyed the veggie burger. It was a reason to try A & W tonight and I got to admit I liked it. The place was busy. The fries... were fresh. I had a great meal. There was even a newspaper to read. Clean and polite staff. The coffee was made fresh andthey offered to make it fresh. Quality staff for my visit. Read more
I missed the other ladies who is the regular. The new ones who are working today aug 16th 2022 are rude. Not sure what?s going... on behind the counter. But she she is rude to the customers. Read more
