Showed up today at 1 o?clock in the afternoon and was told they were not taking orders because they are short staffed . There... was clearly more than a couple people inside when I drove by. Absolutely pitiful for whoever owns this establishment . Youshould giving out coupons for free meals for the people trying to spend money there. Wow!! Shameful!! Don?t ever go to thislocation! If you only have two people working and all they do is tell everyone they are closed because only two people are working then no... one is working. You're paying them to do nothing. Read more
We ordered the double steak burrito and a Mexican pizza. The pizza was heavy on the beans and very light on the beef, so it was... disappointing. The double steak was great. We highly recommend it. Read more
They tend to mix a lot of food together on your taco that you may not want, or mess up your order completely. It has happened to... me almost everytime I have been there. Read more
Went 4 days in a row and 3 of those days I was told by the employee that they were too busy w doordash orders to take care of... any customers that were coming through the drive thru. In addition to the one day they would serve me,I was overcharged anddidn't get right order and I tried to ask and point out at that moment and employee refused to answer me or fixing. Basically Ipaid too much walking away w wrong order and never correctly taken care of. Tried filing complaints online and it will not takemy correct number I asked again what to do to fix it and not fixed. What a shame I love taco bell but can't even explain howmuch help they need to fix issues here on western Ave. Read more
I've been going here around once a week for over 3 months, and there have been items missing every single time; sometimes entire... meals. I Would rate zero stars and send tacobell a bill if I could. They aslo only ever have the same 2 girls working and closehours early due to under staffing. Not enough money flowing down the corporate ladder. Read more
Terrible place to get food. Ordered 3 Chicken Chalupas and 2 beef. First of all, they were out of beef. What kind of "Taco"... place runs out of beef? Second, they gave me 5 steak Chalupas instead of chicken. I understand that its mostly kids that workhere but DAMN. Not the first time I've had bad service at this place. Read more
They seemed very short handed. Overworked stressed employees almost always leads to lack of good customer service.
