The food was hideous. The sumburger tasted sour along with the dressing on it. The onion rings tasted Iike the grease was a... year old, I ate one.....This has always been one of our choices that we come from Columbus. Finally the manager came to talkwith me, she was very nice. She was sorry for our food and she will give us 10% off our next visit. I ate one bite of theSumburger and one onion ring....It was not enough to cover the price. I will have $2.76 off my bill. Had a bourbon chicken sandwich that taste like trash. Salty and no bourbon flavor to it at all. Manager is extremely rude when... explained this is not what bourbon chicken is suppose to taste like. And would not refund my money or switch for anothersandwich but this place has gone to the dogs since moving. So let me start by saying this was our first time eating at Sumburger and we were not pleased. The wait was long, which I... wouldn't have really minded if the food wasn't absolutely terrible. I didn't stay and eat, but the place didn't seem toounclean. My onion rings were burnt. The fish was overcooked( my fault for ordering a fish basket at a burger place). The mac ncheese bites were dry on the inside. The crickle cut fries were burnt on some ends but mushy on the ends. The food was notseasoned at all... not even with salt and pepper. The funnel cake tasted heated up and my kids wouldn't even eat it. Now what Iwill say is the young lady at the front counter was very nice and sweet. I felt bad for her because she seemed to be the onlyperson working the registers at the front and the window. That is the reason for two stars. The young lady at the frontspoliteness and it seemed clean. The food however, the wait(understaffed, but maybe only have call and pick up at the windowuntil this is resolved) needs much improvement. We read previous reviews and decided to go here with another course whe we were on a day ride on the motorcycle. Disappointing... to say the least. Had a special for Bourbon Chicken over rice. My wife's was rang up without rice while the other wife's hadrice because her cashier asked her if she wanted rice. It was Bourbon Chicken over rice......LOL. I ordered a mushroom and swissburger and received a hot ham and cheese hoagie. Checked the receipt and saw that is what was rang up. We had high hopes basedon the previous reviews, but based on our experience I would not recommend Sumburger to anyone. Read more

The food is good don't like the new place and setup it's clean mostly wait time is to damn long if your hyperglycemic you may... die before your food to arrives. The cashiers up front were working so hard trying to keep it all together. They were reallynice. Kitchen staff was slower than Mrs Butterworth on a cold winters morning and stupid and rude. Great Chili Dogs! Although Sumburger is known, of course, for its namesake Sumburger, try their chili dogs. Not too spicy, not... too sweet, the chili sauce is just right! The hotdog itself has a nice snap to it and tastes great on its own. In addition tothe spectacular chili dogs, we also ordered a bacon cheeseburger platter. If you haven't been to Sumburger lately, thecrinkle-cut fries and creamy coleslaw that are standard with platter meals are still as delicious as you remember. The burgerand the bacon on the bacon cheeseburger were cooked beyond the point of any juiciness, which is why I'm giving 4 stars insteadof 5, but it was still tasty enough for me to devour the entire sandwich. The dining room is open, and it is large enough toaccommodate a lot of diners while still maintaining safe social distancing. The staff is friendly and the restrooms are cleanand well maintained.
