Lately service has been horrible. People at checkout are somewhat rude and they are usually out of many items. Has definitely... gone downhill. I would hope that management would see all the negative reviews and try to make some changes. Read more
Try to get there before closing time at 8 PM. There's always a line around the building. The parking lot is also very congested.... Worth the wait everytime and always great service. I would recommend going between 630-715 in the evening. Would recommendcalling ahead after 715-closing time. Read more
The chicken was so chewy that I could not eat it. They need to change there grease, I tried at least eating the skin but even... that tasty bad. Waste of $31. Read more
Had to wait 25 min for my order And then found out that they forgot half the order after I got home. Said they would write my... name down if I came back another time. Had to drive 20 min back to the store to get my missing meals. Very poor customerservice. Will not go back. Read more
The floors are so slippery from grease it's like standing on ice! Only one at the counter, and they completely ignored me,... looked at me, but went right back to talking to each other. Finally lady comes over and is rude "what do you want?" I order andfood is cold, no sauce and one tender is very uncooked. Will never be back. Read more
I am a KFC fan. However, The Chillicothe KFC is the worst KFC I have ever been to. Not just one bad experience but consistently... horrible. I could overlook the bad service. I've even been told how to get around them never having extra crispy chicken, Callahead the manager says.... Yet when I call ahead and go straight there, within the 5 minutes it takes me to get there, They havesold the chicken they said they would hold for me not once but twice. The worst part, It's not extra crispy once it has sat solong that it has turned dark Brown. Another manager says after 6 o'clock extra crispy is cooked to order, Obviously a lie. Ifyou don't want to provide what is on the menu at least be honest about it. Every time I think of this restaurant I just shakemy head in disgust. Yet I still have faith that corporate will someday come in and straighten this franchise out. I don'tunderstand How KFC corporate can allow an individual franchise to continue to damage their good reputation. Read more
Wasted 50 bucks. Order bucket of tenders for my boys with fries and max and cheese for OSU game. Get home and have regular... chicken and slaw. Had to wait so long that didn?t even have time to check it because I live on other side of town. Should haveknown better I guess. That place rarely gets order right.
