I ordered a club and wrap at 6:37pm, and did not receive my order until nearly an hour later. It was a 55 minute wait. All of... the food was dripping in sauce. It was impossible to eat without making a giant mess. I pulled my wrap out of the bag and therewas sauce literally dripping everywhere and was seeping through the bag. This is especially unacceptable after a long wait....welive a whopping 2 minute drive away. I could have literally crawled to the store and back quicker than I received my order. Food was pretty much inedible with the massive amount of Thai sauce all over. Photo attached. $24.04 for this? Get agrip. Never have I ever... I wish--like just one time, maybe once would be enough--I could try the sub I order. Never--not even... once--has my order been correct with a history of a couple dozen attempts. Love the preciseness of the app; not happy abouttheir ability to follow it. Nice, friendly people and fast service. Just know you'll never get what you order. ???? I'll keeptrying. I'll keep hoping. Talk about their slogan "Freeky Gast". They had my 2 subs done before I even filled my cup of sprite. Taste was amazing, really... love eating here. Totally reccomend getting into their rewards program. Earn points, I've got free sandwiches with points on thereward cards. Read more
This store does NOT DELIVER if you over 3 miles. I have been eating here for about 7 years. One of the local veterans clubs... American Legion 757 delivers here (Freedom's Path) and they are 8 miles away, they have a 10 mile delivery area!!! I do notthink I will be eating here again anytime soon. I am very disgusted with the delivery area. In lieu of Jimmy Johns.....sincethey do not deliver, I ordered Mister Sub. Which is FURTHER down main street, so if they deliver.....why doesn't Jimmy John's?Honestly Mister Sub is better, all the locals know this. Always fast and takes care to avoid contact with my allergy while preparing my food.
The sandwiches are always delicious. They deliver in under 10 minutes and we always have fantastic customer service. Its better... than subway. They are still amazing! Read more
