Pizza sitting on front porch without informing me (through text) that it had been delivered. I usually get a text when... delivered. The estimated time was 73-83 minutes but my pizza had been sitting outside for a long time because it was completelycold. While explaining to the manager, he cut me off and said he couldn?t do anything about that. And said he was sorry. But Ican?t do anything with a sorry. The employees were very unorganized when it comes to ordering at the pick up window. The one taking my order seemed unhappy to... do so. The front door was locked at 9:30 PM. I was okay with being told it would take 10 to 15 minutes. I took my dog for a walkaround the block and came back. 30 minutes goes by. Then, I see the employee cut the pizza and lay it on the shelf. They neveracknowledged me at the window waiting. They saw me standing there and knew I had been waiting. Until another employee in which Ihad not seen asked me had my order been taken. I had to explain and sure enough...picked up the pizza that was placed on theshelf. The tables outside had food all over them. The small vegetarian pizza quality certainly wasn't worth $19.40 after theexperience. I won't be back. Read more

my boyfriend ordered a pizza for us to eat for dinner and we went to pick it up, went home and got ready to eat. i picked up a... piece of pizza and took a bite, it was really good and i went to take another bite and i looked down and there was a fly cookedinto that slice of pizza. so i called the store and told them about the situation in a nice way and they didn?t even care at allthat there was a fly cooked into the pizza, all they said is ok we?ll remake it and had an attitude while talking to me. the flyisn?t the problem here, it?s how they handled it and didn?t care at all. It's a small Dominos Pizza store. They do have a couple tables outside if you want to eat there, but they are mainly set up to... do delivery and in store pick up. The pizzas themselves are good, and the staff I have dealt with (all young teenagers) havealways been friendly. We have used the delivery, and in store pickup. So far, all our orders have been correct and no issues. Read more
The app said my $45 order including 20% tip had arrived and the driver pulled up and delivered. There wasn't a driver pulling up... and nothing was delivered. This order had already taken well over a hour. They told me it showed it was still out for deliveryon there end, then it"s back at the store 10 minutes later. The manager tells one of his employees to tell me if I want my orderI can come get it. You're not going to tell me to come get something that I already payed for and tipped to be delivered. I lethim know how I felt about it and he says he canceled my order and threatens me with harassment charges...lmao Very lucky Ididn't drive down there right when he told me to come get my order if I wanted it! I swear the man was RUNNING! When I saw the business owner literally running around downtown to deliver orders, I just knew that... was going to be a great meal! I swear, he was really running! Not driving, not walking, the man was running. I HAD to order fromthem. In fact, everyone in our offices has ordered from them now, and all of the food has been fantastic. The meal is alwayshot, cooked well, and so VERY tasty! Mouth watering pizza, soul stirring parmesan bread bites, and cinnamon twists that willmake your eyes roll! Also, try the chicken with the roasted tomatoes and bacon grilled on top; it was a fresh take on pizzadelivery. I've heard that the owners of this new store are already very active in our community, which is another great reasonto support them. So RUN! Don't WALK!
