Ordered asked for change before delivery they said no problem they showed with no change so 15 dollar tip so called them up they... acted like I was the A-hole so they brought me change and said they will not deliver to us again. We order regularly from hungry Howies in Chiefland. This time we ordered 2 salad?s and cheese bread. It took 20 minutes to get... our order and a salad was totally wrong. We called and spoke with the manager who told us. ?I didn?t realize that I didn?t puteverything on it I was just trying to get it done.? They told me they would remake it and send it out. We waited for over anhour to get our dinner. When we called back to find out where our salad was we were told ?we had other orders that needed to bedelivered first.? To me this is horrible customer service when a manager is rude and doesn?t seem to care about their customers. Read more
Ordered online for delivery and selected paying with cash and the order totaled just under $27. When the delivery driver got to... my house, I handed her $40. She goes to her car and come back and says I don't have change, one of our drivers got robbedyesterday so we aren't supposed to carry change. What the what???? How are you going to deliver a pizza that was specified asbeing paid with for cash, without bringing change? I understand that a driver got robbed, but if you are still going to acceptcash deliveries, at least have the change for them. I ended up having to give the driver a $13 tip, which I feel was way toomuch, but once the kids saw the pizza, there was no way I could send it back. What a shame. I'm definitely not going to beordering from here any time soon, unless I have no other choice. Read more
I ordered delivery and they didn't get my order right. Also they didn't put napkins or plastic ware with my order so I'm... guessing that we are all barbarians now who eat pasta with their hands. I called them back to get the rest of my order, thewoman whom I spoke with said they would bring my meatballs to me in the morning. The food was okay at best. They need to hirebetter employees. I bought a couple HH Pizzas a few weeks ago which was great. I ordered one on Friday May 13th and it was HORRIBLE. Finely... chopped green peppers was the story on the pizza for the night. We have never been so disappointed ever. We ordered ButterGarlic Crust and it was so salty. For what we paid for one pizza we could've had Prime Rib! Prices are astronomical! Terriblepizza overall. This location went through the motions on Veterans Day. Was standing in line I noticed a gentleman inquiring about a Veterans... Day special. The manager informed the gentleman that the special was discontinued at 2 pm. The veterans said thank you for doingthat, And so I will buy a pizza. The better and bought himself a pizza, and nobody thanked him for his service. That made nosense to me. If it better identifies himself on Veterans Day, and then you cannot afford to do even a 10% discount, a quickthank you for your service would go a long way. A verbal acknowledgement.
