This particular Hardee's always seems to be under stress. The food is usually right but the atmosphere is rushed and not... organized, and employees seem frustrated if you add to the stress by asking questions or modifying your order. Also I'm not sureexactly when Hardee's as a chain decided their prices could be 15%-20% higher than every other burger joint. Read more

I usually get chicken from other places. So when I got some chicken strip I was I was surprised how good they were, I just took... it for granted that they were hamburgers . Not so I'm getting my chicken from them from now on. Delicious! Read more

It's always a hit and miss at most Hardee's I go to. Sometimes service and wait time is right on point, sometimes it's a mess. ... Prices are getting higher, but to be expected in today's world. Although, for the money, some of the mom and pop burger jointsserve up better food. You have longer waits at these places though. So, you have to choose between the pros and cons. I haveto say, I will always love Hardee's biscuits! Sausage gravy too. Read more

I went in to order, stood there while the guy behind the counter was literally dancing while another employee watched. I... couldn't believe how totally unprofessional they were. They never even acknowledged that I was there. No hello or anything. Tothe guy behind the register..... nobody is impressed with your dancing skills. If you were that good you wouldn't be working atHardee's! Just make the burgers!! Read more

I don?t eat fast food often, but I will allow an occasional visit to this particular Hardee?s; maybe 3-4 times a month. I must... say, given how easy it is to be ?able to the basic job?, the folks that work at this location are always way above and beyondthe basics! I cannot recall anything but kind words, and I thought I had hit submit on this review?..oops?.Anywho, the peoplethat work here are top notch, they are always patient with me, always smiling, and always quick to get the basics out of theway. So much so, that I tip 10-20% every time I drive through; without fail. I also always tell them that they need a tip jar, because they?re that good. This indicates a very capable, intelligent, knowledgeable, empathetic trainer, or owner; whomever isteaching the ?new person?. That person is doing a phenomenal job and creating great customer service reps, in the process. Isuspect that you already know everything I?m saying, but I think the public ought to hear about the really good, special people, occasionally, who are not often given the accolades they deserve. Thank you, ma?am, or sir, although I would bet a woman trainsthese folks. In 36 years, owning a multitude of businesses, I have rarely seen a man be able to consistently teach what?s taughthere. Not criticizing, I?m complimenting. Great job, please don?t retire without passing the torch! You know who you are, andit?s a good thing to pat yourself on the back from time to time. If you are a friend of whomever trains new folks at thisHardee?s; tell them they are doing an exemplary job! Best Regards, Tobias Pardue. Read more
