The woman that took our order was very rude. She rudely told us to "have a nice day" as she handed us our drink and then slammed... the window. Another rude employee asked what we "still needed," while we were waiting for the rest of our order. She threw upher hands and rolled her eyes like it was an inconvenience for her to give us our food. When she is the one that didn't give usour food. Worst establishment in the area. Read more
I hesitate to leave this review because the manager I've talked to a couple of times when I had an issue treated me with genuine... kindness. But there seems to be some kind of disconnect between online ordering and this location. Things may not be in stockbut they supposedly cannot adjust orders at the store, so if you order something they don't have, you are out of luck. It tookme close to a month to get my money back from customer service the first time it happened. They are always forgetting stuff atthe window and the drinks don't taste the same every time, so there is some kind of training issue on making them I guess. Iwill continue going to this location unless a competitor with a drive thru comes into town. Just wish they'd get ittogether. Update: Star rating is down to one now after more bad experiences. The staff truly are inept at this location. I willnever go back again. They have no idea how to handle it when problems arise, and it seems most of those problems arise due toonline ordering. The new Dunkin Rewards program is a slap in the face but that?s not their fault. Still, the service andproducts provided are not up to par and the prices keep rising. This store is always very dirty! The floors are dirty, the trash cans are overflowing and the bathrooms are dirty! Men's bathroom smells like urine and mold. Also mold inside the beverage fridge and store is infested with roaches and... management isn't concerned about it one bit to say the least. There's what looks to be rodent feces inside the conference room.Floors in the back are filthy and doesn't get properly cleaned. Drive thru is poor customer service and rude. They messed up myfriends orders and wouldn't fix it and got a attitude when asked to fix the issue. They also don't clean there machines likethere supposed to. I was also an employee. Not a good place to work due to harassment and feeling uncomfortable. Got judged alot and they overstep boundaries as well as make unacceptable comments even the manager does. Read more

I get a large frozen coffee daily...sometimes 2 xs daily and at $6+, that's quite expensive. I've had several times it wasn't... made correctly. Yesterday, I called the store and gave them my name because the drink tasted like straight up bitter blackcoffee. They STILL charged me for my drink today and it was very dark like yesterday. I tasted it and had them remake itbecause it was AWFUL. I was going to tell them tanks and it was much better but the girl at the window was NOT friendly and justclosed the window without waiting to find out if the second drink was satisfactorily made.
