Worst burger I?ve had in a long time . Started out dine in but had to switch to go after waiting a long period of time. For... the price one would expect a gourmet type burger. This is the second time for us. Both times service left a lot to be desired. I ordered a sirloin and it came out pretty raw.... When I sent it back, they brought back the plate it was on with my fries, minus the steak. Then they brought the steak back on asmall plate missing the piece that was cut off and steak was still quite raw, even though I ordered it medium. We ordered astarter that was brought out with the salad and then 2 seconds later, they brought our meals. No time to enjoy the starter. Hadto ask for silverware and refills on water. Was credited for the sirloin, but all in all, not satisfied with this restaurant. Read more

Honestly, I hate when people post bads reviews on a restaurant. Going out to eat is a privilege and we go out to eat often.... Sometimes the food maybe off and maybe even the service but I will never post a bad review bc lets face it I have a choice Icould stay home and cook. Even at home my cooking can be off and we all have bad days heck sometimes I don't even wanna wait onmy own bunch that's why we go out to eat. Be grateful for the ones cooking your food & waiting on you. Everyone is entitled to abad day without getting a bad review. We love Beef's! Read more
I've been here several times and it's usually very good, until today. They served me some stale wings that looked like they were... leftovers and they were clearly in a different sauce than usual that looked and tasted like Frank's hot sauce ???? They gave meold wings and threw some Frank's on it! Read more
So we got there every thing was fine , but the whole time our waitress was more focused on talking to her friends who were... sitting at another table; then actually being our waitress. We asked for most popular items got idk as a response. When foodarrived we had no silverware, when we asked for it she laughed and came back later with the forks. Over all very poor customerservice. The other waitress I think her name was hailey, she was very polite and helpful, apologized for the other waitress. Wecame out to the parking lot and watched the blonde waitress clear a table off and then use the BROOM to sweep the table off,proceeded to sweep the floor and then moved back to sweeping the table. She never once came back with a rag or spray to properlysanitize and clean the table. Read more
I don't know what is up with these bad reviews, but we had a great experience tonight. Our waitress was great, the food was... quick and hot and delicious and made to perfection. Will definitely be going back! Read more
Our lunch today was seriously less impressive than I'd hoped for... after being seated our waitress approached our table like a... stranger would a group of people they wanted to rudely interrupt. When I asked for coffee I was told it was old, not fresh,that I didn't want it... then we waited........ finally got to place our order, which was not correct... and WAITED... ANDWAITED... AND WATCHED AND LISTENED AS SEVERAL OTHERS WAITED AND COMPLAINED AND STOOD UP LEAVING WAITING FOR THEIR FOOD... whenwe finally got our food it was cold ... several items were missing from our order and my spouse had order chicken fajitas... thechicken was burnt and was not even served with the tortillas and sauces... we had to ask twice for the rest of our order... So..... not impressed... and the waitress... uhg.. she didn't get a tip from us.. we let the person that hired her pay that rudeyoung lady. Tips are for good service... the better the service... the better the tip... but I shall not tip someone to be rudeand unprofessional to me and my family trying to delight in our Family Sunday.... maybe I'm just an old soul in a new world...but...
