Clean restaurant, service was good but meats were room temperature. They were not fried enough. Disappointing.

Just describe this way- Fish thai with pineapple and veg. That's it. You will feel it.

Horrible experience! They messed up our order and refused to fix it. Spoke to the manager about the issue and he was extremely... rude. He told us he didn?t want to fix our order because he will lose money!!! The employee lied to her manager about thesituation to get out of it. Very unprofessional, horrible customer service. Horrible service, they made a mistake on my order and when i went to return it they did not believe me. The manager kept blaming... me for the mistake and the employee said she repeated the order twice when she did not. Their argument did not make any senseand I wasnt even asking for much, at least they could have apologized but they did not. The manager was impolite in his tone...i have never seen more horrible customer service in my life and it was from the manager! I know my way arround Thai express andI know what it typically tastes like, but the food from this location was cold and lacked flavour... overall would notrecommend, other thai express locations have treated me much better and the food is much better elsewhere! Tofu was cold and my food was hardly even warm. I picked up it at the store. Over all worst Thai Express I have ever been too.... Don't waste your money here. Read more

We waited for more than half an hour to have the order ready, then they made a mistake on one of the orders. Asked them to... redo it, and they still made mistake on the 2nd time. Read more

The restaurant was clean and the service was good. Really liked the warm soup on a sick day.
