Going through drive thru on Memorial drive Chicopee around 1245am on a Thursday morning. The employee taking order was very... courteous and friendly. Drove up to the window and was greeted by a huge smile. Very nice to see at this time of night. Paid forfood. Received it quickly. Hot and fresh. Great service. This store is always understaffed. Management needs to fire more people. It?s pretty clear the employees are getting burnt out.... Showed up today @ 8:45 & they were serving through the drive through. It?s late so I ask if they?re still open - they say yesthat it?ll just be a minute. I wait 5 minutes and go inside & they?re clearly not there or responsive. I get wanting to GTFO ofwork after a long day where you?re likely the only person there (looking at u corporate) but next time just lmk you?re closed. Read more
