The ambience at Parkside is great. They have corn hole, giant size connect 4 and a few other games located by the outdoor dining... area. Today, 10/13/22 I took my son to Parkside for happy hour specials. It was early in the afternoon so the place was prettydead. I ordered a corona and my son got a Pepsi. The Pepsi was flat….twice. Switched to Dr. pepper. I had the tacos, porksandwiches and my son ordered the grilled ahi salad. The happy hour plates we’re okay. $10 price which was nice. The grilledahi was incredibly salty. I decided not to mention anything and got a few “to go” boxes. I figured I would give the food asecond chance. Still bad. Decided to leave the 3 star although the service was great and the place is nice. Food was my onlyissue. I still recommend the location and I will give it another chance. Read more

Friendly and OK staff. Some attention to details would be nice if addressed and properly noticed. $6.50 for a coors light... draft beer is a little over priced. Overhead is understandable but seriously give us a reason to come there. Read more
Had fond memories of this place when I lived in Chico, highly recommend this venue for those who enjoy a good friendly... atmosphere with tons of beer choices, some tasty mixed drinks and hearty portions of fries accompanied by burgers made to orderwith my #1 being the Bacon Onion Jam Burger or BOJ burger. I ordered a medium rare BOJ with garlic fries and a DrakesDenogginizer...truly a moment of bliss and flavor. The pretzels and beer cheese are nothing to sneeze at either, they used tohave full sized softbaked pretzels and have since transitioned to pretzel sticks but the taste has remained with that beercheese, highly recommended as well if I am to be so bold and write this much! Food was good, not too packed, staff was friendly, the 2 cocktails I had were not amazing, the Paloma wasn't what I'm used to.... Great place to watch a game, they have lots of TV's. Read more
Awesome location in the heart of downtown. Kitchen wise, everything that I've eaten here has been great. Prices reflect the... quality of the menu. The atmosphere is relaxed, but expect it to be crowded. Everytime I've dropped in it has been packed,especially the huge patio! Read more
A beautiful and yummy salad. Just wished the salmon patty was a tad bit bigger. But all in all, it was enough for the salad. So... that was nice! Cocktails were good. It was quiet when we first arrived but then parties showed up???? heard a lot of laughing,which was nice! Thank you for the date, babe! Read more
