I will never recommend mim?s bakery to anyone. I went to pick up my wedding cake and the cake was not tiered, frosted, or... decorated. I had to wait an hour for her to scramble to tier, frost and decorate my cake that ended up looking like a little kidfrosted and decorated. It was the ugliest wedding cake I?ve ever seen. I ended up being one hour late to my own wedding settingeverything back. I wish I would?ve gotten my wedding cake somewhere else. Read more

Rather than have a traditional wedding cake, my wife and I decided to have an assortment of pastries consisting of cheesecake... bites, tart-lets, and cupcakes. Mim\'s Bakery and her staff were very helpful during the entire process, breaking down theprices and willing to make changes up until a week before the big day.\n\nBy the end of the event, there wasn\'t a single biteleft on the cake table. I didn?t really get a great picture of this beautiful cake and other pastries that I got from this amazing amazing bakery. I... ordered a tres Leches cake for my wife?s 40th birthday, and it was the best tres leches cake I?ve EVER HAD! I?m from the BayArea so I had no idea where to find a bakery and I went to a few different places and MIms bakery was beyond a vibe. Shedefinitely delivers, she?s professional and makes you feel like family, the young ladies she has working for her a great. Mim?swill be my go to bakery for all of my needs. I?m absolutely obsessed. Her bakery is the cutest thing especially with herhandmade doll houses and all of the tiny beautiful pieces that I believe her sister made for her. Such a beautiful woman. She isan incredible baker and I would recommend her to anyone I know. I\'ve ordered a few cakes(& had truffles too) from Mim\'s over the years on the phone and online & never had a problem. They... respond quickly, confirm order and let me know if anything else I need to let them know. Cakes always turned out beautifully andwere loved by all. The young ladies who work there and Melissa have always been pleasant. The truffles are yummy and dangerous.The cakes always delicious, moist and full of flavor! Melissa has an extensive variety... of baked goodies on her menu and is always willing to collaborate to design a creative, custom dessert menu for your event. Inaddition, she welcomes you to sample treats beforehand and is open to feedback to tweak flavors to better suit your style. Formy wedding, Mindy created a new mango roulade dessert - This was very special to my family and I given our Indian heritage andwas a big hit with our guests. In addition, she turned my vision of the wedding cake into a reality and created the most elegantcake.
