Would've gave 4 stars but , I asked for sauce and there is no sauce. Simple request, and didn't happen. Attention to details... can't be stressed enough. Wasn't asking for you to diffuse a nuclear reactor or anything. There's 2 things in life to neverforget, 9-11 and my hot sauce. Read more
Terribly run store. They consistently close the lobby and drive thru 10 minutes or more before posted times. On multiple... occasions I have been missing food from my order, last time I ordered 5 tacos and only received 2 tacos. Read more
Whenever I am travelling, I stop at this location for a meal and wash my hands. Most of the time, my meal is good and I feel... refreshed to continue my journey. Today, however was different. They have changed the bathrooms so you have to get a key at thecounter. No problem, but I was the only customer in there and that's precisely when one of the employees chose to take the keyand stay in the bathroom for 7 minutes while I asked the cashier if they had a second key for the other bathroom but apparentlythey don't. The cashier forgot to give me my change, so I had to wait for someone to open the drawer. They were also out ofcabbage so my fish tacos were lacking. Normally this stop takes 7 minutes tops, not today and probably not again. Because I willgo elsewhere. Read more
I dig the queso nachos and various burritos with fresh avocado. They've been slow in getting orders out, since the beginning of... the pandemic. Every restaurant seems to be experiencing the same issue with under-staffing though. Read more
Hopefully the photo shows how burnt the fries are. Also waited in drive thru 45 minutes for the simplest order . 2 bean and... cheese burritos and a medium fry to get home and find that not only are the fries burnt but both of my burritos are the wrongburritos. I understand to an extent the long wait due to staff shortages or new people but to wait an excessive amount of timeand your entire order be wrong is utterly ridiculous. This is one of the best Del Taco I have ever been too. Great service and the veggies on the taco and soft tacos were so fresh.... All the food was hot and freshly made. Excellent job on maintaining social distance and on wearing masks in the restaurant...My only concern was that the manager of the employees wasn't wearing a mask or gloves like all of the other employees. This is the best fast food place for vegans I've seen so far. There are several veganizable menu items and already-vegan options... as well. The avocado beyond meat tacos were good. I enjoy eating there. I had been meaning to check this place out for a whilebecause of their beyond meat, and I'm glad I finally went. The staff wears beyond meat shirts which is cool. Seeing a fast foodrestaurant promoting vegan options brings me joy. The atmosphere feels nice, and it seems clean. I look forward to going back. Read more
Drive thru took about 20 minutes and there was only one car ahead of me. They had already ordered and were waiting at the window... for their food before I had even ordered mine. I ordered three del tacos and a sandwich type of special they were running. Thetaco shells were stale. I keep forgetting, or maybe I'm just a hopeless dreamer holding out hope that they won't be stale. Butthey always stale. Think bag of chips that you left open for a week and they had already expired a month before that, stale. Thesandwich was also terrible. Can't remember exactly why, but I remember thinking I wish I had gone to Taco Bell or better yet,bought an egg salad sandwich from the gas station. Del taco had a great thing going for about a week when they opened thislocation, then it all went down hill from there. I recommend not going here. Read more
