The fried chicken was amazing. Sadly my salad had numerous pieces of black and rotting lettuce. Sever seemed shocked I didn't... want a new salad. Three of us went for breakfast. We were seated right away and given menus. When the waitress came, she took our order and... disappeared. We didn't see her again until the food came, which seemed to be taking a long time. When the food finally did come,it was very obvious it had been sitting under the heat lamps because ALL of the food, on all three plates, were COLD. The eggsand potatoes were starting to congeal. The toast had been buttered than sat for a good 20 minutes. I imagine when the food wasactually hot, it was good, but by the time we got it, it was gross. Sorry, but that's the only word that describes it.GROSS. The waitress was less than attentive. No offer to refill my empty water. No offer for a to-go box for the uneaten foodshe could CLEARLY see. She dropped off the check, and went on her way. Felt like she didn't really want to be bothered with usand left our food to get cold. You shouldn't be allowed to serve cold plates of hot food. She, as a server, should know betterthan to serve cold food to customers. We pay for that food and when it's subpar, you have ripped us off. I wasted my money here.Not worth the price or the tip. Party of 11. They set the table where we could all talk and hear each other. Food was really good. Their broiled and fried... chicken is amazingly moist and tender. Good selections even on the senior menu which we had a few. Prompt, friendly service. Wewere all very happy there. Read more
Great prices, quality of food is great as well. We entered the restaurant with over 15 people and it didn't stop our server from... taking care of us, and doing it with a smile, at least I assume she is smiling under the face mask. The chaos of our family isalways something of a stress point for any server, and our server was on top of her game. I would recommend the French toast nomatter what, it was a cinnamon roll bread!! All I can say is YUM! The special where you get country fried steak, eggs, sausagelink, bacon, hash browns, and option of toast, Belgian waffle, pancake, french toast, or my favorite a biscuit and gravy. Gravyis not super salty so I added some cause I'm a salty fella. All of that breakfast for $13.99!!!! Recommend this place for sure,if you have large parties they have a spot in the back fao you can be open to speaking with family without worrying aboutloudness. Read more
