Pretty good pizza but we ordered a pizza online and waited went to pick it up at 8:30 (they close at 10) and they were closed.... Lights off no signs of life. Another time I tried to get my pizza and the front door was locked and another customer let me in.Waited 15 more minutes for a pizza that was supposed to be ready. Do not go here. I started off being upset with the guy working there for certain reasons but he ended up being the one solid... person in the place. You can tell mangement and the owner do not care about this place. The poor guy working there if set up forfailure. The kid made the food very well even though he couldn't get his manager to do anything to help. Kudos to the kidworking, well done. Get rid of whoever is in charge there. Ordered a pizza and tiramisu on doordash. Pizza was ok, nothing to rave about but the tiramisu? Non existent. My dasher called... me to inform that the shop was out of tiramisu and was offering a replacement of mashed potatoes or French fries. Tiramisu is adessert, why would anyone think replacing a dessert with MASHED POTATOES or FRIES is a good idea? Warning- they are closed but their system still takes online orders!!!! I placed an online order that was charged to my credit... card. It said it would be ready on 40 min. When I arrived there was a sign saying it’s closed. I tried to call and it justgoes to hold music so I have no way to resolve the issue with the company. UPDATE: while the owner was fast to respond to mypost, it was a full week and I had not received a refund for the order that was never fulfilled. I had to file a fraudulentcharge with my credit card. Seems like he is more concerned about the review than doing what is right. ???? Read more
