Came to this location yesterday night and and didn?t receive all my order. Tried to call multiple times only to get a busy... signal till the store closed. I went into the store today and explained what happened only for the manager to tell me shewouldn?t replace my missing order even with my receipt in hand. Went to tropical smoothie and got the quasidilla, and a chicken pesto as well as 2 smoothies. Every time I've gone to this... "establisment" the chicken pesto has been on a different "flat bread" each and every single time. The quasidilla has absolutelyno meat, if I wanted cheese and tortilla for 28 dollars I'd much rather go to Wal-Mart and buy cheese and tortillas for muchcheaper. Consistency doesn't seem to be a thing, especially with their teenage staff that wouldn't care about customersatisfaction. If it was just a here and there type of thing I'd let it slide, but it's. I used to come to this location a lot, but will no longer go. They screwed up on the order and put no chicken in two of the Baja... CHICKEN wrap ordered. I called and was rudely told that I had to wait one hour and 30 minutes because it?s a rush right now andthey don?t have time to fix the mistake. Very unprofessional and just not okay nor happy with the customer service. They neversaid sorry and just didn?t care. I called HR and left a message and they never called me back. Forget this franchise and I willnever go to a tropical smoothie again. If I was the manager, I would really talk with staff and watch the customer service inthis location. I've been to the chickasha location 3 times now horrible customer service each time I thought the first time they were having a... bad day so I overlooked it and went on but this is 3 time this week and every time they have been rude. I love the smoothies buthate having rude people. 5 stars on product great stuff. Read more

My smoothie was good, but it took 10-12 mins from the time we ordered to the time we got our order and we only order 2 smoothies... and 2 sandwiches. Read more
