You can be taco bell and not make tacos......really my wife and I came through the drive through at 8pm on a Friday night to... order a party pack so 12 tacos amd we get told they can't do tacos for one of 2 reasons a shift change and they are behind onorders?? Uh excuse me we are the 3rd car back. I'm livid and let's add the fact they just got there nacho fries back and theyare already out.....shame on the establishment. Read more
Absolutely ridiculous. After explaining a simple order for 10 minutes. We didn?t receive the main components of the meal, and... there?s absolutely no way to contact anyone as the store is locked. Got to stand in the drivethru as my food got cold becausethe inability to reach ANYONE! Horrible service Read more
Usually an overall good experience, but tonight i went and got 4 spicy potato soft tacos, waited about 20-25 minutes for the... orders ahead of me and then for them to cook fresh potatoes, got to work and they didn?t have cheese or lettuce, so i went backto have them remade correctly.. waited in line for 35-40 minutes, was 20 minutes late for work, just for them to have 2 stringsof shredded cheese and 2 pieces of lettuce? got a steak quesadilla, extra everything and half the quesadilla was straight steakand the other pieces of it had little to no steak on it at all, i?m definitely understanding of being busy and being shorthanded, but i spent close to an hour there just for them to get my order wrong twice, was a little bit disappointed as i hadn?teaten all day and they?re usually my go to on night shift Read more

I always order without cheese, sour cream, creamy sauce and they mess it up every time!! It's not the cashier either she gets... the ticket right but the cooks mess it up regardless. For real I'm done eating at this place. I don't even get offered a couponafterwards . Thankfully last time I got a refund. Another issue is the creamy jalapeno sauce its so spicy so I omit from mydaughter's food and they still add it. There needs to be some training going on ! Read more
I never do reviews but this Taco Bell has the worst staff. Out of six people I only saw three actually work. Took 20 minutes for... my food, and when I did get it the staff acted like it was outrageous that I had to ask for my cup. I would hate to see how longthey would take if it was actually busy! The BEST Taco Bell around! My order was accurate, the food was great, and the woman working the drive through today was so... professional and friendly.
