Bad customer service. Called in an order for pickup, after a 20 min wait went to the store to pick it up and a girl came out... from the back saw me and went back to talk after she finished her conversation, she came back to take my order. Got the orderhome and the pizza was cold. Called the store and some guy answered and had an attitude when I asked for a manager. Talked tomanager about if the pizza was made to order or not. She said there was no reason for it to but cold. She did offer to replacethe order on my next visit, but gave me no info on how to do that and just hung up the phone. Its a shame this company doesn'tcare about its customers experience instead of the customers bothering them while their at "work". Read more
This place is getting a little bit better. It is unfortunately, a very time consuming and room for error kind of place. I have... been there four times and every time has been a horrible experience. They have handed my pie to others that have order after me.I have waited over an hr before. They get my order wrong almost every time. Just a complete problem. They never have pizza justhot a ready for you to just pick it up like they advertise. It's a shameful place to even call little Caesars. Read more
We ordered our pizza online, said the order would be ready at 9:15pm we showed up and had to wait another 45 minutes while they... continued to serve other customers and not us. Extremely poor customer service, I guess our money doesn't matter at this store.Promise we will never go here again!!! Read more
Chickasha Little Ceasars is probably the worst one I've ever been to. When you order basic pizza, I.E. pepperoni & sausage it's... really disappointing when you get the wrong pizzas. On top of being the wrong ones, they're burnt. Guys come on.. pizza is whatyou do..thats it! Read more
The food is good when they have it. More often than not, they don't have hot n ready pizza upon opening. I've wasted too time... coming here and not being able to get a quick pizza. Staff is friendly and I've tried to give them several chances to stay on mylunch list, but I will not be stopping here anymore for a while. Read more
