This location has gone downhill bad. We have had problems with our order the last few times we've come here. They always have... some excuse as to why. It is hard to get in touch with upper management for complaints. Read more
horrible experince anytime after 6 o?clock. no customer service and no one to pick up the phone. too busy they say, but when we... show up, there is literally no one in the store and they start making our pizza as soon as we get there. Read more
Bad customer service. Called in an order for pickup, after a 20 min wait went to the store to pick it up and a girl came out... from the back saw me and went back to talk after she finished her conversation, she came back to take my order. Got the orderhome and the pizza was cold. Called the store and some guy answered and had an attitude when I asked for a manager. Talked tomanager about if the pizza was made to order or not. She said there was no reason for it to but cold. She did offer to replacethe order on my next visit, but gave me no info on how to do that and just hung up the phone. Its a shame this company doesn'tcare about its customers experience instead of the customers bothering them while their at "work". Read more
