Braum's in general is awesome! I can only drink their milk or dairy products, otherwise it makes me sick.
Always friendly staff. Better than average food, even in drive-thru. Breakfast: California Chipotle Burrito is fantastic!

We've lived here for over a year and have only visited Braums in total 4 times. The last time was horrible, order is never... right. Now tonight when we visited after ordering we pulled up to the first window where there was no employee. We waited for afew minutes then pulled forward to the second window. After the care ahead of us left a man stuck his head out of the firstwindow and threw his hands up like we had done something wrong. He walked down to the 2nd window to tell us the total and takemy money. I apologized that we went to the next window but there was no one at the first one. He scoffed at me and snatched mymoney from my hand almost making me drop it on the ground and left. The older woman went to hand us our ice cream that wassupposed to be in cups in cones. I said, sorry these are supposed to be in cups not cones. She rolled her eyes and slammed thewindow. When she opened it again I asked to speak with a manager. When I did he brushed me off and said have a good night. Iwill absolutely be contacting corporate, I'm so over the unprofessionalism and rudeness that comes from every visit. Read more
