Used to be a great place to get an old fashioned pretzel and lemonade. Now, the trash they hire at this stand ruins the entire... experience. I asked for "ONE" cinnamon sugar pretzel, "ONE" pretzel dog, and a large lemonade, and the female worker (whoobviously lacks in manners and decent work ethic) decided to give me a cup of hot dog bites and cinnamon sugar bites instead ofwhat I asked for. I didn't even bother arguing with her because she already looked like she hated her job anyways. The totalcame out to $16.91. The lemonade tasted so watered down, it wasn't even worth drinking. It was nearly sugarless, so I tossed it.So, I paid almost twenty bucks for garbage I didn't even ask for. Thanks Auntie Anne's, for the lack of quality, overratedprices, and terrible customer service. Next time, I'll take my business to Wetzel's Pretzels instead. One of the pretzels was burned on the bottom and we had already left the mall. Otherwise it's what you can expect at Auntie... Anne's. Its a kiosk in the mall so social distancing is difficult but masks are required and they do have the barrier. Read more
I loved my almond pretzel with the caramel sauce. I also tried the frozen peach drink with whip topping. It was good without the... whip topping, in my opinion. Read more
Visited several times in the month of April 2019; this small but very, clean and wonderful kiosk in the Chicago Ridge... Mall;conveniently located across from Gloria Jean's coffee shop and close to Auldi's market .Great workers with a knack forsticking to an easily replenished product. One of the best choices for a a young crowd and a place for us old foggies to restfor a moment. Keep this one on the list of the best ! Read more

I have been going here since 2003 when I was six. To this day, every time I stop by the mall I need to get a pretzel. Sometimes... that is all I even go in for. Highly Recommended! Read more
If you make the mistake of purchasing a pretzel within an hour of closing you will regret it! I was told the pretzels were still... fresh but they were so hard I could have used them for a weapon! All they care about is leaving at 9, not providing a qualityproduct!???? Read more
Currently at this location which has their hours listed as open at 11 am Sundays. However the employee told us they don't open... until noon. Why have the wrong information on Google maps for me to waste time for 1 hour waiting for them to open. Read more
