Visited my home town and it was sad to see how deteriorated the area has become. At first I wasn't even sure the restaurant was... open. Inside one of the employees small child was running about the place and another employee was evidentally just hangingaround bothering those who were actually working. Drinks were limited and if you were wanting diet soda, you're out of luckthere were none (see photos). The place was quite dirty and it was evident that nobody working wanted to clean because as oneemployee walked in he was immediately told by the apparent "supervisor" that the place was filthy and he needed to clean. Notvery appetizing. My suggestion is that if you want Burger King drive the extra couple miles to the location on Halsted inGlenwood, it's MUCH nicer! Read more

Food was served cold. Ordered 2 double whopper meals. Fries were barely cooked and patties were old and cold. The person in... front of us got a refund for cold hamburgers, I should have trusted my instinct and walked out after that incident. I will notbe returning to this location ever again. Such a disappointment!!! Also the staff really needs to look more professional. Theylooked like slobs with their shower caps, saggy pants and stained clothes. Read more
I ordered a Whopper, jalapeño poppers and a cup of water. It took 16 minutes to get the order complete. The store was short... staffed as usual. The jalapeño poppers had no cheese, jalapeño, and wasn?t poppin. I?ll never go back. I?m certain that thisstore will be closing soon. Read more
Real Attitude Issues. I came to this location around 11:35am to pick an order for a customer. The Drive thru person rudely... replied he did not have an order when they Clearly do. Awards go to the manager wt this location for hiring such friendlypersonal. I guess it is just the way some people are raised and educated. Read more
