Fun brunch place with innovative menu- the oatmilk horchata cold brew drink was delicious and not overly sweet. The way they... give you the tea is so cute! The french toast is tasty and again, not overly sweet, and the seasoned potatoes are a good sidefor all plates. I liked the croque madame, but the portion was very big. Read more
First time at this location. I wanted to treat myself to breakfast at a restaurant instead of going to a fast food place. They... probably have better options available, but unfortunately what I ordered wasn't IT for me. I ordered the Strawberry Orangejuice, when I seen the waitress bring that kid size cup of juice I thought she was joking. It's freshly squeeze, but with onegulp it's gone (>_<) I seen that they have Biscuits and Gravy and I LOVE biscuits and gravy - when it's done right. I orderedit because how can you mess up biscuits and gravy? Baby listen, I wish I would've ordered something else. The texture was justwrong, it felt like I was eating pancakes. Biscuits should be dry and have texture, I want to choke while I eat a biscuit. Therewas no crunch on any bite I had on the biscuit, with eggs on top it just felt mushy all around. I would give it a 4/10 for theBiscuits and Gravy. Would I go back? Sure if a tinder date would pay for my food yea. And never talk to them again for takingme to Yolk (o.0) Yolk, you disappointed me. Most amazing food I?ve ever had in my entire life! The salted Carmel coffee was to dieeeee for. Highly recommend the banana nut... bread french toast it was AMAZING. Service was very quick and our server was very nice. highly recommend this place to anybody! Read more
Great food great staff. Amber is an amazing server. I had her at the wicker park location last summer. So they clearly have good... inner staff workings. Great breakfast food. It's right next to union station in a big kinda mall/lobby for the metra stationthere. BYOB so you can bring champagne that goes great with their strawberry OJ. The Mexican scrambler (not sure if that wasthe name) was amazing and the banana nut French toast was GOD MODE!!! Wish they had alcohol and a little more diversity in themenu. The food was AMAZING - very generous portions, everyone in my party could not finish the plate despite how delicious everything... was. I loved the Oat Milk Horchata coldbrew, which tasted like an iced coffee but with a hint of cinnamon toast crunch-flavoredmilk. The waitress was very friendly and accommodating! Read more
Cool spot if you are looking for a quick, delicious breakfast. Bacon waffles were crispy and flavorful. I highly recommend... trying their signature hot sauce! I tried it on my scambled eggs and was shocked at how good it was. I tried to buy a bottle togo but unfortunately the signature sauce only comes in a big 13oz bottle. Read more
Pretty good breakfast spot in Olgilvie, although a pricier option as well. I think the price is worth it though, the food... quality is pretty good. Potatoes could be seasoned a bit better but the eggs are fluffy and the omelettes aren't either burnt orunder. Also the water has the good ice, ice crunchers will know what I mean. The crunchy sphere kind. Service is good, it can bea little slow but the place tends to get crowded. It's also quite clean looking and had a very vibrant atmosphere.
