The service was great! I visited 11/17 and got the breakfast bowl which I did not care for. To ne honest the picture of the... breakfast bowl shows a sunny side up egg but they were scrambled and incredibly rubbery and bland. They were kind enough toexchange it for something else. Great service makes all the difference. Without it, my rating would have been 2 stars. Read more

Zero Stars! Wow Bao should be ashamed. They give me a tablespoon worth of overcooked, bite size teriyaki chicken over a bed of... mushy fried rice. I could have gotten better food from Panda Express at half the price. Don't waste your coins. Read more

Love the food but the employees every time seem pretty miserable.. kinda expect you to know what you want and not ask... questions.. I?ve never seen any of them even smile .. very quick but in a way that feels rushed. Love the iced coffee withtapioca though Read more

Fast food Chinese joint similar to Panda Express. I think the food was great but not the best Chinese we had. We ordered a combo... menu where we had kung pao chicken and 2 baos. I like the ease of placing an order and the time it took for them to make ourfood. Read more

Definitely not your average American Chinese restaurant, authenticity is about 70% if that?s important to you, the rest 30% I?d... give it to creativity. I like the business model, it feels like meet in the middle between authentic Chinese food andAmericanized Chinese food, and also between a fast food restaurant and a sit down restaurant. My favorite was the gingerchicken potstickers. Read more

Good food for the price! Good variety of bao fillings and their combo meals look good too. I prefer more filling, but I... understand that they have machine made baos. Love the bamboo steamers! Convenient kiosks outside for ordering and a nice spaceinside; clean! Read more

This place definitely did not ?wow? me. While I have only had baos a couple times, this place didn?t have the best that I?ve... had. I got their chocolate bao, their matcha coconut bao, and their Kung pao chicken bowl. I?ll go ahead and say that their Kungpao chicken tasted like any standard Kung pao chicken you get at a fast food Chinese place, but I was able to at leastsubstitute cauliflower rice for regular rice which was a nice tough. Their baos were barely filled, and the buns themselvesseemed a little dry. The flavor itself was nice, having the sweet coconut flavor or gooey chocolate was a nice change of pacefrom usual fatty, meaty baos. So far this is a 3/5, but I will go ahead tomorrow and update the rating accordingly after tryinga couple of their regular baos. Read more

I'm vegetarian so I've had a limited number of the dishes. But the vegetarian options are very good go-to's. They have breakfast... bao and bowls that are pretty tasty too.Their kiosks seem to speed up the ordering process. I usually eat about 1 pm after thelunch rush and service is really fast. They always seem to have plenty of staff to handle the demand. Read more
