This is what authentic Korean food should taste like in Chicago, healthy, organic, fresh, and a well-balanced meal of entrees... served with freshly made vegetarian side dishes. The Korean Naengmyun, a summer dish, is garnished with fresh ingredients, andthe contrast between the chewy noodles and cold broth was quite refreshing.
