horrible customer service and horrible refund system. i don?t care if you guys don?t deliver yourselves have more respect for... your customers. my refund better be there. they say a week actually takes 2?? don?t lie to customers about the managers notbeing there and don?t hang up on them. Customer service was good and friendly. But the wings were the absolute worse wings I have ever had. I had garlic parm tasted... neither of them. No garlic or parm. It was more grease with an aroma of garlic. And the traditional hot were garbage. This wasmy first and last time here. Read more

THE WORST WINGSTOP IVE EVER BEEN TOO! These guys do NOT care about you, nor your food. Ordered here several times. And I always... have something messed up with my order. Also very rude. I was a little nervous to deliver from this location because of the 3 stars, but I decided to anyways as it was the closest... location. They actually had great customer service. I was also not disappointed in the food: the 4 flavors of wings I orderedhad plenty of sauce. Read below for the longer version of my experience: I recently went in and accidentally caused them aninconvenience because I ordered delivery across the street, but I thought it?d be easier for them if I came and picked it upsince I was already across the street. The Uber eats coupon ($15 off) was only for delivery. I accidentally chose a deliveryspot that was in a busy intersection with no parking and no good place to stop and put my emergency lights. It was my bad, but Iended up causing them confusion when I just went in there and asked if I could pick it up there. Anyways, despite my confusingrequest, all the staff were very patient with me and they did not give me attitude. One of the employees even came out to my carto grab my phone number in case the driver missed my stop for some reason. They let me pick up the food from the counter eventhough that meant they had to cancel the delivery. I caused so many technical issues, which I feel bad about and now I know tostick to the app and with the method of delivery that I chose (and to make sure the delivery address I choose is good forwaiting on the food) but even when I sat down to eat, I did not feel like they were angry at me or like they wanted me gone. I always get good service but today Its last day coming to this location, guy don't understand English and messed up my order, I... tried to tell him what I want and I ended up just paying like $5 extras because I didn't want to keep talking to him if hedoesn't understand. I order lunch combo with large fries and large drink and a cup of nacho cheese but his guy didn't quiteunderstand... Hope his manager see this .... Looks like a new guy tho Read more

For some reason you can't request to change the channel to some other sports. I thought that was part of the experience and... these guys do not wash there hands or wear hair nets and seem like they don't care about customer service. The quality theyprovide it's not worth it and never again will I come here o r recommend anyone to come here. Been to other wing stops and theynever decline to put on wrestling which is sports. DONT ORDER FROM HERE. I ordered a voodoo french fry and after I paid with CASH, the worker walked straight to the back and... started handling my food without washing his hands or putting on gloves. He touched my food with his hands and when I politelyasked him to remake my order he added 3x the amount of cheese on purpose. Read more
