They are always late on their food! The email said 20-25 min and they gave me my food 45 min later. And this is not the first... time they do this!!! Moving forward Im going to the one on wicker park!!! Read more

First I wanna say they did not had traditional bone in wings. All they sell is wings and not have wings. So I ended getting... boneless wings. Worse wings I have ever had. I got no napkins in my takeout. The wings were super oiley and no flavor. To muchoil that it started dripping through my take out bag. This location is a joke. Ordered through the app and waited an hr for food. Followed the app and saw the driver with my food... pull away with it. Called the phone number on the app. The guy at the store was rude and laughing at me when I ask for asupervisor or manager to see what happened or if they could call the driver. He gave me a fake name Julissa when it was a guysand laughed afterwards. Now I'm left with no food 50.00 and a horrible experience for me and my family. I need a someone tocontact me on this. Went in on 1/20/22 for lunch around 1pm. So UNPROFESSIONAL AND THE TWO EMPLOYEES THERE HAD NO MASKS ON. Messed up my order and... didn?t even bother to go back because I knew I wasn?t typing to get any help.
