The two ladies in there either need some help or some customer service training. I went in an hour before closing and waited in... line as I watched the ladies constantly drag their feet and huff and puff at the one order that I stood in line for ten mins towait for them to finish bagging up. The customer?s order came with dipping sauces and they were baffled, almost annoyed ,whenthe customer asked for them. Then I walked up, took a second for them to notice me. One girl asked if I was picking up, I saidno. She said to her co worker in their language then turn and said to me we are closed. I replied, you all don?t close til 12,pointing to the sign on the door, they said, they are closed for walk in orders. If they were worn out and tired they could?vesaid that. Read more

I placed an order with Wingstop - 456 East 35th Street Chicago, Illinois 60616 on today June 3, 2022; I live in a 15 Floor... high-rise building on the 14th Floor. The Door Dash driver made no attempt to deliver my order (Chrissy). She claimed not to beable to find the building?s entrance and she said she attempted to deliver my order in the parking lot. Last but not least, shecanceled my order. I stayed on the phone with Wingstop and DoorDash over an hour and nothing was resolved. Read more

Service was horrible, they did NOT Text me or email me that my Food order was ready after I've ordered Online. The Boneless... wings were undercooked after I've asked that I wanted Well Done, also Asked for Extra Tendered on my Fries and it was stillLight seasoned, barely tasted seasoned. Never return to this Location, In fact, I'm done with Wing Stop, its pointless. BuffaloWild Wings is better. Read more

This was the worst experience ever. The cashier didn?t want to take my order. I came 2 hrs before closing, the lobby was empty,... & the food was still old. My family was offered 15 free wings to write a good survey before we even finished our food, Ideclined & I received more disrespect. The lobby was dirty and the 3 female workers have terrible attitudes. I hate thisrestaurant, I hope all employees get fired and I?m definitely calling corporate. Read more

The service is horrible. I went in the other night to pickup an order that was placed 35 minutes prior to me arriving. My app... said the order was ready in 15-20. When I walked in they clearly had a large amount of wings made and ready at the fryer but allof the employees were talking and working VERY SLOW. Watching them move as slowly as they did was hard for as someone who hasworked in Food service for years. They had no regard for the people waiting, ordering etc. The phone also rang the whole timewith no one picking it up because they were all chatting. I could have gone in the back, sauced my wings, and the three otherswaiting, and boxed them in the time it took this "group" to prepare one pack of 10 wings.... I waited another 12 minutes afterarriving for my food. The whole staff needs to be replaced. Worst Wing Stop experience ever, I will not go back to this one. Read more

I would post 0 stars if possible. I was told my order would be a 15 minute wait. Waited a half hour so I left without my order... cause I had to be somewhere. I didn't have time to ask for a refund. Additionally, the restaurant filled with smoke and all theworkers stood around looking confused. I watched workers continuously throw food on the floor without picking it up and miss thegarbage can discarding food as well like they are not visible. I will not be back to this location ever. Everything here is new and clean. The store even had a brand new freestyle dispenser that could pour more a shy of more than 50... types of soft drinks and flavored water. One of the most underrated food chain restaurants. Every single time I come to thisrestaurant, it has never disappointed me. I come here almost like once a week. With this such quality of food (scrumptious butextremely not healthy, I am afraid so) and so reasonable price, this place is irresistible to not visit here at least once ortwice a week for me. Here is my most favorite order: 10 wing combo, bone-in, extra crispy, Bleu Cheese dipping, with LouisianaRub (for sure, the best flavors a man can get here) and Lemon Pepper on the side, extra crispy and seasoning fries, andsometimes one extra order of Sticks and Hawaiian on the side. Nothing was greasy here. The staff here never got me down for onceas they have always made deliciously well what was ordered. They are friendly, hard workers, and always tried to provide theservice at their best. Hence, this is fair to say that the service was so good without any tip. Even the brownie was quitetasty, chocolaty, and moist inside as precisely a brownie should be. The new option, Fried Corn, was unexpectedly tasty. Read more

Clean, modern location. However, customer service was terrible. Asked for a cup of water and was told "we don't do that... anymore". TF? Since when does a paying customer not get courtesy water while waiting? I hate going to establishments inpredominantly black neighborhoods that willfully treat its customers with lack of dignity.
