As we were eating our last wing we happen to find a long blonde hair in and around the wing, this is the second time this has... happened to me in general with another food restaurant, wearing no hair nets but caps on. How our these business even open withno food safety regulations employees with no hairnets and not following correct food handling safety. My customer service experience was horrible. Not only did it take 35- 40 min to get our walk in order... we watched other... customers come in, order their food and get call before we did. There was another customer that had been waiting almost as longas we had, that went off on the cashier because it was taking so long. His first response to her was that they were call-in andonline pickup orders. a few people that walked in and did say pickup. She was correct, there were people that placed an orderafter us and had gotten theirs and left .. that's when I told the cashier that lady was correct, and we had also witnessedpeople come in and order then leave. There was a complete disrespect for the customer. Instead of them apologizing and jumpingright to her order they argued back with her... and again they clearly FU#KD UP ... good customer service is the key to anybusiness.. and the crew that worked. 8 -29- 2018 around 5-7 needs to be retrained on how to deliver exceptional customerservice !!! Worst place to order food, I ordered a combo and 1 large drink. And was told my order didn?t come with fries and a drink so I... had to pay double for my food. Maybe they should have someone educated running the front. Because that kid was obviously slowand confused on how to take proper orders.
