I can?t relate to the bad experiences I?m reading on here (note: I always come in and place the order myself). Every time I come... in and order I get it in a timely manner. No more than 15 minutes and that?s fine with me. There was one instance where I toldthe cashier the wrong thing and my order wasn?t right, but that was totally on me and I take full responsibility for that mixup.But I?ve never had any bad experience here that was on the employees. Guy at the counter didn?t understand I didn?t want a combo. Felt kinda bad for him but it took him a while to find the large... thigh bites by themselves. When I came back after a while to pickup they ignored me a couple minutes, had to get their attentionto get my food off the shelf. Thigh bites, the good pieces, were great. This Wingstop is on a busy corner of Broadway and Wilson, and I felt uneasy parking there. The place is dark and not... appealing. The order took a while to prepare, and it was hard to choose from an extensive menu with the same product butprepared many ways. Is my first time here. I never got suggestions from the employees. I got chicken wings with Korean sauce,and they put so much dressing it was hard to find the wings. I did not know they also have veggies. I will not go back. Read more

Came here last night to pick up. The girl in the counter was rude. Too bad I did not get her name. She act like you owe her... something. She does not even look at you instead she concentrate texting on her phone. The establishment was not the cleanesteither. Floor has puddles everywhere. Not a favorite establishment just a friend came over and requested wings from this place.Lots of better wing place with polite and more appreciated people. Thank you. Read more
Never again. No, it had nothing to do with the staff or the place. The problem is the food. How can one take a perfectly good... chicken wing (bone-in), add spices, and sauces and still have it come out bland?! Must be a trade secret. I know people pickthese things up for game parties but it must be the liquor that helps make them palatable. Read more
